Here are some more proposals that you can practice with.

You work for an advertising agency and a new junior management position has opened in your department. Your boss has asked you to make a proposal on what skills and qualities the ideal candidate should have. Read the ad below and make your own suggestions about the candidate's skills, giving reasons for your opinion

He has asked you to come up with a proposal with recommendations for what and how to encourage people to improve their health. Other companies have encouraged employees to eat right, sleep well, exercise regularly, socialise with friends and family and to take holidays. 

You may use these suggestions in your proposal, but feel free to incorporate others. Be sure to provide reasons to support your recommendations.
